Challenge

Trustalain was generating traffic from paid campaigns across the GCC and South Asia but converting under 1.2% of it into qualified leads. The previous site buried the actual offer behind three scrolls, ran heavy on motion, and was slow on real 4G connections.

Approach

  1. Stripped the homepage to a single, focused scroll: hero offer, three trust signals, three product capabilities, FAQ, contact.
  2. Rebuilt the lead capture form with progressive disclosure — three required fields above the fold, optional ones revealed after intent.
  3. Cut hero payload by 71% and moved to AVIF + lazy-loaded sections, taking mobile LCP from 4.2s to under 1.5s.
  4. Implemented localized Arabic and English variants with shared design tokens.

Result

Conversion on the primary lead form moved from 1.2% to 3.6% in the first six weeks post-launch, and the team retired half of their PPC landing pages because the homepage now outperformed them.

We stopped paying for separate landing pages. The homepage is now the highest-converting page we own.
