Ongoing work (SEO, social, automation upkeep) is a monthly retainer, because that work only compounds if it runs continuously. We will tell you plainly which model fits what you are asking for.

A single agent typically costs $400 to $1,200 per month in model tokens, vector storage, and monitoring. A multi-agent system runs $1,200 to $3,500. We quote the running cost alongside the build price rather than letting you discover it in month two, and we design the routine steps to run on cheaper models to keep it down.

SEO and social are three months minimum, because neither produces meaningful signal in less time and we would rather decline than take one month of fees. The Growth Partner retainer is six months. After the minimum, everything runs month to month with 30 days' notice.

Yes. Projects over $5,000 split into two or three milestones - a deposit at kickoff, a payment at design approval, and the balance at launch. Larger Scale-tier builds can be split across monthly instalments. Tell us what your cash flow needs and we will usually make it work.

A landing page ships in a week. Launch-tier sites take two to three weeks. Scale-tier work runs four to twelve weeks, depending on whether it is a full site or a web or mobile app with auth and billing behind it. Automation ships in one to three weeks; a single AI agent in three to five. Every project gets a fixed timeline in writing before work starts.

Photography, stock licensing, ad spend, and third-party subscriptions (hosting, CMS, model API credits, scheduling tools) are billed to you directly and never marked up. Domain registration and hosting are your accounts, in your name. We list every in-scope and out-of-scope item before you sign.
