Every project includes responsive design, Vercel deployment, basic SEO setup (meta tags, Open Graph, sitemap), a Figma handoff file, and at least one round of revisions. Depending on your tier, you may also receive CMS setup, motion design, analytics integration, and extended support.

We charge per project, not per hour. You get a fixed scope and a fixed price before work begins — no retainers, no surprise invoices, and no hourly billing. If scope changes, we agree on any additions upfront.

Yes. For projects over $5,000 we typically split into two or three milestones: a deposit at kickoff, a payment at design approval, and the final payment at launch. We're open to discussing what works for your cash flow.

Timelines vary by scope. A landing page or Basic project takes 1–2 weeks. A full Growth-tier site takes 3–5 weeks. Enterprise and custom builds are 6–10 weeks depending on complexity. We share a detailed timeline before work begins so you can plan accordingly.

Content writing, photography, and stock image licensing are typically not included unless agreed upfront. Domain registration and ongoing hosting costs (usually under $20/month on Vercel) are the client's responsibility. We'll tell you exactly what's in and out of scope before you sign.

Absolutely. Many clients start with a Basic or Starter project to see how we work. If you want to expand the site later, we can scope follow-on work at that point. There's no pressure to commit to a larger engagement up front.
