Challenge

Neocomms was losing deals at the credibility check. Procurement teams at large UAE enterprises would Google them, land on a dated brochure site, and quietly disqualify them before the first meeting. The brief: rebuild the site so it stops costing them deals and starts winning them.

Approach

  1. Audited the previous site against a real enterprise buyer journey — homepage, services, case studies, contact — and rewrote the messaging to match the questions procurement asks.
  2. Built a bilingual (English / Arabic) implementation from day one with proper RTL handling and locale-aware metadata.
  3. Designed a credible visual language using a strict palette, real imagery, and a typographic system that worked equally well in both languages.
  4. Shipped a structured-data-first build: Organization, LocalBusiness, FAQ, and Service schemas on every relevant page.

Result

Within 60 days of launch, Neocomms reported a measurable lift in inbound enterprise inquiries and shorter time-to-meeting from first touch. The sales team now sends the homepage as part of pre-meeting prep.
