SEO
SEO that compounds, run by the team that builds the site.
Technical foundations, a content engine that actually publishes, and visibility inside AI answers — not a monthly report about keyword positions nobody acts on. Most agencies can only recommend the fix. We ship it.

Definition
SEO is the practice of making a site the most retrievable and most credible answer for the queries your buyers actually type. In 2026 that means two audiences: the classic search index, and the language models that increasingly answer on its behalf. The technical work overlaps heavily; the content requirements have diverged, and a retainer that only addresses the first is now working half the surface area.
The single biggest advantage of running SEO inside a studio that builds sites is that recommendations turn into deployed code the same week. No ticket queued behind your dev team's roadmap, no “we sent them the audit in March.” If the fix is a rendering change, a schema layer, or rebuilt internal linking, we open the pull request.
What the retainer covers
- Technical SEO — indexation, crawl budget, rendering, Core Web Vitals, structured data, canonical and hreflang for bilingual sites.
- Content production — keyword and topic research, briefs, four to eight published articles a month, and refreshes of pages already ranking.
- Site architecture — topic clusters, internal linking, and landing pages built for the terms that actually convert.
- AI search visibility — schema and entity work, extractable answers, and tracking whether the major assistants cite you or a competitor.
- Local and regional SEO — Google Business Profile, city landing pages, and Arabic-language visibility across the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
- Authority building — directories, digital PR, and links earned by content worth linking to rather than bought in bulk.
We say no to work that won't pay off
Some businesses should not start with SEO. If your category has almost no search volume, or your product changes faster than content can be written about it, paid and outbound will beat a retainer for the first year. We would rather tell you that on the first call than take twelve months of fees to prove it.
Paired with the rest of the stack
SEO brings people who are already looking. Social reaches the ones who aren't yet, and automation makes sure that neither group waits three days for a reply. Clients running all three see the compounding effect fastest, but each stands on its own.

Our retainers run $2,500 to $7,500 per month with a three-month minimum, which sits in the normal band for a serious 2026 agency engagement. Where you land depends on content volume, how many markets and languages you need, and how much technical remediation the site needs before content is worth publishing at all. A standalone technical audit without a retainer is $2,500.
Technical fixes can move things in weeks. Content-driven rankings realistically take three to six months to compound, and competitive commercial terms take longer. Anyone promising page one in thirty days is either buying it or lying. We report on leading indicators — indexation, impressions, and average position — from month one so you can see movement before revenue shows up.
Yes, and it is a standard part of the retainer rather than an upsell. AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini increasingly answer the question without a click, so we optimise for being the cited source: clean extractable answers, strong entity and schema signals, comparison and definition content that models reach for, and tracked mentions across the major assistants.
We write it — briefs, drafts, edits, and publishing — with subject-matter review from your team where accuracy matters. Content written by people who have never used the product reads exactly like that, so we run a short interview cycle with your team early and reuse it across the quarter. If you have in-house writers, we can supply briefs and editing instead at a lower rate.
Yes, and we do it often. We start with a full technical audit and a frank conversation about the platform. If the site is on something that structurally limits performance or crawlability, we will tell you what it costs to fix versus what it costs to rebuild, and we will not pretend a retainer can fix a foundation problem.
Rankings and traffic, but framed against pipeline: which pages brought qualified visitors, which queries you gained or lost, what shipped that month, and what is queued next. One monthly call, one dashboard you can open any day of the week, no forty-page PDF nobody reads.
